Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Food and Nutrition Services Director or Supervisor, the Cook will prepare and cook food for residents, patients, staff, and visitors at St Luke's Medical Center. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine food quantities and types to be prepared based on planned menus.
  • Ensure meals are ready at specified times and maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment.
  • Consult with the Registered Dietitian on modified diets as necessary.
Requirements
  • High School Graduate or equivalent.
  • Preferred cooking experience.
