Job Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a step-down setting, utilizing your expertise and skills to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify potential health risks, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a step-down setting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
