  • Efficiently conduct repairs on unoccupied units.
  • Be available for scheduled on-call duties.
  • Support fellow team members as required.
  • Manage inventory and assist with maintenance requests.
  • Ensure the property grounds are tidy and free from debris.
  • Complete work orders in a timely manner and assess the property for potential enhancements.
  • Utilize equipment and carry out maintenance tasks effectively.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • HVAC expertise with CFC certification.
  • Proficient in plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
  • Understanding of SDS and OSHA regulations.
  • 608 Refrigerant Certification is advantageous.
