Job Overview

Mark Young Construction, LLC is seeking a skilled Commercial Refrigeration Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients in the Retail Refrigeration Industry to ensure the installation and maintenance of commercial refrigeration systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Maintenance: Install ductwork, piping, and wiring for electrical connections, as well as change filters and clean condensers on self-contained equipment.
  • Support Services: Assist Service Technicians with refrigeration equipment changes, de-ice refrigerated cases, and repair/replace damaged parts.
  • Logistics: Pick up and deliver parts, and assist with other tasks as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education and Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent, and within 6 months of hire, pass CFC certification.
  • Skills and Abilities: Ability to speak English, work out of town on occasion, and effectively communicate with Managers and Vendors.
  • Work Experience: Previous experience in refrigeration installation and maintenance is preferred.
Benefits and Compensation
  • Benefits: Company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, short and long-term disability, 2 weeks of Paid Time Off, and 7 Paid Holidays.
  • Compensation: Salary: $25-$30 per hour depending on experience, and weekly paycheck.
