About the Job:

  • You will be in charge of a team that services and supports specific business system products and services within a territory and/or assigned account list, including hardware, document management solutions, and related software.
  • Leading the process of selecting, hiring, training, and developing current and new technical representatives.
  • Ensuring customer issues are addressed and resolved in a time-effective manner to achieve total customer satisfaction.
  • Managing the warehousing process as it relates to merchandise and inventory.
  • Developing and educating the team on new technology in an evolving industry.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 7 years of related experience and management of typically two or more regular full-time employees.
  • Experience in service management in the technology industry.
  • Hands-on field technical experience with a vast knowledge of digital and electromechanical technology. Knowledge of Internet, Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and Oracle is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, including leading a team.
  • Excellent time management skills.

Compensation Package:

The anticipated annual base salary for this role is between $68,000 and $92,520, and includes a transportation allowance. A comprehensive benefits package is also offered, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) Savings Plan, discretionary profit sharing, discretionary success sharing, educational assistance, recognition programs, vacation, and more.
