Are you a highly analytical professional looking to leverage your expertise in settlement and risk management? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Gas Settlement and Risk Management Business Analyst at PTR Global.

We are seeking a seasoned business analyst with extensive experience in the gas industry, specifically in settlement and risk controls. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the configuration, implementation, and enhancement of the Endur ETRM system to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and workflows.

Risk Management and Controls:

You will develop, implement, and optimize risk control frameworks to mitigate financial and operational risks. This includes conducting regular analysis of trading and settlement data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement. Your expertise will also enable you to monitor and report on risk exposure, key performance indicators, and compliance status to senior management.

Settlement Operations:

You will oversee the end-to-end settlement process for gas trading operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with industry standards. Additionally, you will develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for settlement procedures, risk controls, and system workflows. Facilitating communication and coordination between trading, risk management, finance, and IT departments is also a crucial aspect of this role.

Training and Support:

You will provide training and support to end-users on the functionalities and best practices of the Endur ETRM system. As a subject matter expert on settlement and risk control processes within the gas business, you will act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders.

Reporting and Documentation:

You will prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on settlement performance, risk management, and compliance. Maintaining up-to-date documentation on business processes, system configurations, and user guides is also essential.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the gas industry. Extensive experience with Endur ETRM systems, including implementation, configuration, and user support, is also required.

Salary:$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience
