The successful candidate will work collaboratively with students, families, TVI's, and educational teams to meet the mobility needs of K-12 students in programs within the Wayne Finger Lakes area. Key responsibilities include transporting students as required, working in collaboration with educational teams to develop individualized plans for student mobility, and providing training and support to TVI's on strategies for teaching students with visual impairments. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Orientation and Mobility or related field
  • Valid certification as a Certified Orientation and Mobility Specialist (COMS) or National Orientation and Mobility Certification (NOMC)
  • Valid New York State driver's license
