Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our in-house group of field technicians, you will be responsible for servicing top U.S. corporations and supporting our top-notch managers in our offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service and maintain HVAC systems and equipment on assigned projects to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Diagnose and repair units using a variety of hand-tools and following blueprints or engineering specifications.
  • Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications as needed or requested by customers.
  • Prepare for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials, and coordinating on-site work.
  • Inspect and maintain vehicles by checking condition and cleanliness, and maintaining records of service, scheduling, and complete repairs and maintenance service.
  • Document work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining files.
  • Represent the company by serving as a direct customer contact.
  • Determine parts to order for repairs and timeliness of need.
  • Keep current on all products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair.
  • Read and interpret product specifications.
  • Provide technical support to customers.
