Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality, maintenance, and engineering, to ensure that production goals are met and quality standards are maintained.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
