Clinical Trial Support Specialist

The Device Support Specialist, New Indications is a key position within the Patient Experience business unit, with a clinical trial patient focus. This role is responsible for supporting clinical trial oncology patients utilizing Tumor Treating Fields (TTFields) therapy in the United States.
Key Responsibilities- Provide education and assistance to clinical trial patients
- Manage administrative tasks, including expense reports and equipment management
- Facilitate clinical trial patient starts and CRM entries
- Conduct regular clinical trial patient visits and provide technical support
- Collect and analyze data to inform patient support strategies
- Serve as a technical interface between the Company and assigned medical centers
- Support SIVs and clinical trial patients as needed throughout North America
- Minimum of an Associate's Degree (or equivalent work experience) required
- Experience as a Device Support Specialist (DSS) recommended
- Knowledge and understanding of clinical trial processes and clinical patient support
- Previous experience working with clinical trials and/or clinical patients a plus
