">About the Role
">We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will play a vital role in assessing the psychosocial needs of our clients and developing customized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
">Key Responsibilities

- Assess the psychosocial needs of neurodivergent clients and develop tailored care plans.">
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy as appropriate, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team.">
- Support clients in navigating the healthcare system and accessing necessary resources.">
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, adhering to HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.">
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training activities to enhance your skills and knowledge.">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- ">
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).">
- Compliance with all applicable training, state licensure, and certification requirements.">
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working with neurodivergent people, with a preference for adults.">
- Knowledge of brain injury and stroke recovery principles and best practices.">
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.">
- Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.">
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.">
What We Offer
">We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
