Injury Prevention Specialist Opportunity in Newark, DE

Premise Health is a leading direct healthcare provider, serving over 11 million eligible lives across the US. We're currently seeking a full-time Injury Prevention Specialist/Athletic Trainer to join our team in Newark, DE.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per yearThis role involves developing and implementing injury prevention programs for Premise Health clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Performing physical demand analyses to identify high-risk work areas
- Communicating with onsite medical teams and client safety teams regarding workplace countermeasures and injury prevention strategies
- Providing recommended guidelines for correcting limitations in flexibility, strength, and general conditioning to prevent injury and support overall wellness
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited professional athletic training education program, Board Certified Athletic Trainer certification, and experience in occupational health and safety. Knowledge of current OSHA regulations and ergonomics is preferred.
