About the PositionThis postdoctoral position is part of the NOMIS-Gladstone Fellowship Program, which offers exceptional postdoctoral scientists the freedom to address big unanswered questions at the intersection of two or more scientific disciplines. You will have the opportunity to work on a two-year project, with support for research and travel, and will be appointed as a scientist at the Gladstone Institute of Neurological Disease.
Responsibilities- Conduct innovative research in integrative neuroscience, exploring the intersection of two or more scientific disciplines
- Collaborate with world-class investigators and take advantage of state-of-the-art facilities and resources
- Develop and implement research projects, with a focus on high-risk concepts and interdisciplinary approaches
- Present research findings at national and international conferences, and publish in top-tier scientific journals
- Ph.D. or M.D. in a relevant field
- Strong interest in interdisciplinary neuroscience training
- Genuine commitment to developing an independent academic career
- Outstanding records of relevant achievements and creativity
