About the Role

Next Point Bearing Group is seeking a talented and results-driven Inside Sales and Purchasing professional to join our team. As an Inside Sales and Purchasing representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring seamless operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage sales orders, process purchases, and maintain accurate records to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps to provide comprehensive sales support and drive business results.
  • Participate in sales meetings, provide updates, and contribute to team discussions to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain excellent communication with customers, providing timely and accurate information on products and services.

Requirements:

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Prior purchasing/inside sales experience a plus
  • Knowledge of industrial parts distribution and/or industry trends a bonus
