Sales Professional

Mi-Grow LLC is seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional to join our team as a Microgreens Specialist. This role involves delivering high-quality microgreens to customers, building strong relationships, and promoting our products.

Estimated Salary: $11-$15 per hour, with potential for bonuses and hourly pay adjustments every 6 months based on performance.

1. Deliver microgreens: Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers and local markets.
2. Develop customer relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and expand our customer base.
3. Pursue new sales opportunities: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to further grow our customer base.
4. Provide excellent customer service: Address any inquiries or concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction.
5. Assist at local farmers markets: Assist with the setup and sales at local farmers markets to promote our products.
6. Record-keeping: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, sales, and customer interactions.

• Valid driver's license: Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong interpersonal skills: Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Independence and teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of microgreens: Passion for healthy eating and knowledge of microgreens is a plus.
• Sales experience: Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Lifting capability: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
