Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a DSP, you will work closely with individuals with developmental disabilities, providing support and assistance with daily living tasks, personal care, and behavioral challenges.

Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily living tasks
  • Support individuals with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Develop meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve
  • Take initiative to help participants engage in community activities and enjoy their favorite hobbies
