Position Summary:
We are currently seeking individuals who have a passion for food to assist in the preparation and packaging of fresh produce and deli items. These products are subsequently distributed to our retail locations for merchandising and sale.
As a Food Production Associate, your responsibilities will include the preparation, assembly, and packaging of fresh food items, such as produce and deli products, while strictly adhering to food safety and handling protocols.
You will utilize approved recipes and production standards to ensure quality and portion control, embodying Coborn's vision, mission, and core values.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assemble, package, and label fresh food products in accordance with recipes, standards, and health and safety regulations.
2. Fulfill commissary orders and prepare products for shipping and receiving.
3. Set up and operate production equipment, reporting any malfunctions or safety issues to management.
4. Maintain a clean and safe work environment to comply with sanitation, food safety, and operational safety standards.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
