Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at FastWyre Broadband. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maximize customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and issues.
  2. Sell and promote our products and services to customers, ensuring they are aware of the latest offerings and benefits.
  3. Process customer service orders, including installation, disconnection, and feature changes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  4. Verify customer-provided information and enter service orders into our database, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  5. Assist customers with billing inquiries, deposits, and credit memos, adhering to company policies and Tariff requirements.
  6. Facilitate trouble reports and forward information to the appropriate department or individual, ensuring prompt resolution.
  7. Maintain accurate customer plant records and assist technicians in clearing troubles.
  8. Assist with bad debt collection and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to adapt to new programs and processes.
  • Ability to work as a team member and exert initiative to work independently to reach goals.
  • Knowledge of and ability to comply with Company's Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI) regulations and procedures.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, as needed, to best serve our customers.
