About the Role

Eaton is seeking a skilled Assembler II to join our team in Olean, NY. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and testing various components and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
  • Perform general cleaning of shop areas and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Work under general supervision to execute assemblies, processes, tests, and inspections related to standard light to medium weight assembly
  • Utilize various tools and equipment, including air and hand tools, to complete tasks
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and assist elsewhere as needed to meet production demands
  • Maintain quality standards consistent with Eaton's Quality Policy
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalency from an accredited institution
  • Ability to communicate problems in product or quality to supervisor or manager clearly and concisely
  • Ability to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future
