Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding client service and support to our clients and their pets.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate appointments and surgeries, and ensure accurate billing and payment processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and medical history.
  • Collaborate with our veterinary team to ensure seamless patient care and communicate effectively with clients regarding their pet's health and treatment plans.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a veterinary clinic or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of software applications.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

Competitive salary range: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour.
