The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international law, with experience working in a global top-tier law firm or in-house position. They will be responsible for drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, standardizing contracts and processes, and ensuring compliance with national governance requirements and corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, including sales and procurement matters
  • Standardizing contracts and processes to ensure efficiency and compliance
  • Leading corporate housekeeping and governance of all Americas entities
  • Implementing, maintaining, and monitoring a Compliance Management System in the Americas region
  • Providing legal support in M&A transactions and employment law advice
  • Building and maintaining a network with legal firms for effective legal management in the Americas
  • Ensuring operational efficiency through continuous improvement of organization and department work methods

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor degree and 10+ years of international legal experience
