Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mammography Technologist to join our team at Radiology Regional Center.

As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for performing radiographic scanning and imaging procedures with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Under the clinical direction of a radiologist and mammography development specialist, you will work independently to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiographic imaging, mammography imaging diagnosis, and treatment planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of technical procedures requiring independent judgment and initiative.
  • Assume responsibility for designated areas or procedures as required.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and maintain a welcoming and supportive environment.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program or equivalent hospital-based program.
  • Current ARRT and State of Florida license to practice medical radiography.
  • CPR Basic Life Support certification.
  • 1-2 years of radiography experience preferred in an outpatient setting.
