About the Role

\

We are currently seeking a Senior Associate, Data Governance to join our Consulting organization. This role will play a key part in helping clients understand the broader data governance journey and implications, ensuring robust and effective data management solutions.

\

Responsibilities

  • \
  • Gather and analyze client and market data through interviews, surveys, workshops, and market research.\
  • Develop and articulate requirements for data governance frameworks and enterprise data management practices, including the integration and implementation of market-leading tools.\
  • Assess current data governance maturity levels using models such as DCAM, DAMA DMM, CMMI DMM, and KPMG ADM, and translate these into structured strategies for capability development.\
  • Closely collaborate with senior management internally and with clients to manage engagements and communicate project risks, budgets, rates, and launch/closeout activities.\
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to maintain KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment.\\-ul\
