Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Health Advocates Network, Inc.

Job Summary:

As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a hospital setting. You will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes and contribute to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care to patients with a variety of conditions, including respiratory failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and pneumonia.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Requirements:
  • Graduate from an AMA-approved Respiratory Care program.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist in a hospital setting.
  • Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) licensure in the applicable state (OR).
  • American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Providers certification.
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification is preferred.
