Job Summary

Amentum is seeking a highly skilled Senior Intelligence Analyst - HUMINT to support an upcoming Department of Energy (DOE) contract. This individual will play a critical role in supporting overt collection activities and providing strategic-level intelligence reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Collection Strategies
    • Develop advanced queries to provide collection metrics and support analytic product.
    • Maintain cognizance of the DOE collection environment, enterprise capabilities, and limitations to effectively advise collection management strategies.
  • Collect and Analyze Intelligence Data
    • Collect and maintain reporting, evaluation, and usage metrics to assist in the collection management mission.
    • Utilize available intelligence tools to assist in a qualitative review of platform/collection performance.
  • Lead Intelligence Reporting and Briefing
    • Identify and present Collection Management trends, issues, and reporting highlights regularly.
    • Lead the production of Collection Posture Statements, Operating Directives, Source Panel, Capabilities Statements, Integrated Collection Strategies, and Collection Emphasis Messages.
Requirements
  • Security Clearance
    • Must possess a U.S government Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility (TS SCI). A Q clearance is highly desired.
  • Education and Experience
    • Must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college preferably in a field related to geopolitical/national security studies or another relevant field. Additional years of experience may be substituted for degree requirements.
    • Must have formal HUMINT collection training from at least one (1) of the following courses (or equivalent): The defense Strategic Debriefing Course (DSDC); Advanced Military Source Operations Course (AMSOC); Advanced Source Operations Course (ASOC); Defense Advanced tradecraft (DATC); Joint Military Attache School (JMAS); Advanced Special Operations Technique Course (ASOTC); Advanced Human Intelligence Operations Course (AHOC); Advanced CI Collection Course (SCICC); Field Tradecraft Course (FTC); or any other official HUMINT training course providing certification to MSOC 3 or higher.
    • Must possess a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in executing human intelligence (HUMINT) collection and generating raw intelligence reporting.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Must have demonstrated evidence of excellent, strategic-level debriefing and intelligence reporting writing skills.
    • Must be able to deal effectively with individuals at all levels often under the pressure of fast breaking, ambiguous situations.
