Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a heavy caseload in a civil litigation environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing trial support, including preparing exhibits, drafting motions, and coordinating logistics.
  • Utilizing document coding software to organize and manage case documents effectively.
  • Drafting and issuing subpoenas, including those for medical records.
  • Assisting in preparing expert witnesses, including managing disclosures, depositions, and expert reports.
  • Collaborating with attorneys to conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Maintaining meticulous records of case files, deadlines, and court requirements.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation.
  • Experience with Subpoenas, Personal Injury Cases, and expert witness testimony.
  • Proficiency with document coding software, such as Casemap.
  • Familiarity with trial preparation and support, including working with expert witnesses.
