The primary duties of this role include identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate insurance products, establishing strong customer and community relationships, and maintaining partnerships with insurance company representatives and underwriters.

As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will have the ability to quote and sell through multiple carriers, access to our AAA membership base for lead generation, and marketing funds available to all new agents. You will also be eligible for top agent incentives and dedicated customer service support.

We offer a competitive base salary of $60,000 per year, plus unlimited monthly commission opportunities. You will also enjoy 3+ weeks of paid time off, 8 paid holidays, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan with employer match up to 7%.

Minimum qualifications for this role include 2+ years of experience in a sales environment meeting set metrics, experience in networking and prospecting to generate your own leads, and the ability to obtain a Property and Casualty License and Life License within 60 days of hire.
