Universal Banker II

At The First National Bank of Long Island, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Universal Banker II to join our team. As a key member of our branch staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing financial transactions, and promoting our bank's products and services.

• Provide expert-level customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Process a variety of financial transactions, including account openings, loan payments, and cash handling.
• Promote our bank's products and services, identifying customer needs and making recommendations to meet those needs.
• Assist with branch operations, including teller line and end-of-day functions.
• Work closely with the branch manager to ensure the branch runs efficiently and effectively.

• College degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Minimum 3 years retail banking experience, including teller experience.
• In-depth knowledge of bank products and services.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.

• Competitive salary range: $50,900 - $56,500 annually.
