Accounting Clerk

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Bookkeeper. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various bookkeeping functions, including accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with office operations.

• Perform basic and routine bookkeeping functions
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes, including reconciliations and daily cash deposits
• Research and process bad checks for collection
• Maintain sales tax exempt information
• Post accounts payable invoices and prepare checks
• Submit payments from warranty, fleet, and insurance companies
• Assist in processing car deals and preparing tax and title documents
• Compile and maintain a list of outstanding title work
