Site Director

As a Site Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Before and/or After School program at one of our elementary school locations. You will supervise, plan, and implement engaging activities that promote learning, character development, and fun.

• Program Management: Plan and organize the daily program and curriculum at your site, ensuring compliance with NH Child Care Licensing regulations.
• Staff Supervision: Mentor and train site staff and assigned volunteers, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with school/administrative staff, parents, and the local community.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in elementary education or a related field preferred.
• At least 20 years of age and 1 year of experience working with children in a licensed childcare program or recreation setting.
• Certification as an educator or para-professional may be beneficial.
