Customer Service Center Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to lead our Customer Service Center (CSC) team. As a CSC Manager, you will be responsible for planning and supervising the day-to-day operations of the CSC, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of the CSC's profit and expense activity, including sales, inventory, fleet, staffing, and customer acquisition and retention.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of customer service representatives, providing coaching, training, and performance management.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, human resources, and financial/ethical considerations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention, ensuring that our customers receive consistent and exceptional service.

Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years of business experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
