Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee dental operations, including patient scheduling, treatment planning, and dental compliance
  • Supervise a mobile dental team, ensuring seamless delivery of services across various settings
  • Foster a collaborative environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and OSHA guidelines, maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety
  • Navigate dental billing and insurance processes, ensuring accurate and timely reimbursement
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a dental office or dental practice manager position
  • DANB National Radiation Health and Safety Exam passed or equivalent certification
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to foster a collaborative environment
  • Comprehensive understanding of dental terminology and expertise in dental office management and administration
