Job Description

**Overview of Our Establishment**

We are Alter Ego, a 47-seat music-forward cocktail lounge located in Tampa, FL. Our hours of operation are Sunday to Wednesday from 5pm-12am and Thursday to Saturday from 5pm-2am.

**About the Role**

We are seeking hosts with a focus on exceptional hospitality, organization skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment. Your primary responsibilities will include running the front door, greeting and seating guests, and answering phone calls.

During downtime between reservations, you will be required to assist with floor duties as needed, including checking on tables, performing side work, and bussing/settling tables.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multitask and work effectively in a team environment

**Benefits Package**

The position comes with an hourly rate of $15/hour, plus tipped sales percentage by the staff.
