Position: SAP S4HANA FICO Consultant

Job Level: Manager

Role Overview:

  • Manage operational procedures and address production support inquiries for the FICO and GR modules within established service level agreements.
  • Resolve complex SAP-related support issues by collaborating with appropriate resources.
  • Analyze support challenges in relevant functional areas and develop suitable solutions.
  • Gather requirements, identify gaps, and design effective solutions.
  • Prior experience in the following areas is essential:
    • Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Asset Accounting, and COPA.
    • Experience with New GL and Document Split functionality.
    • Automatic Payments using DMEE, XML, and iDocs.
    • Revenue Recognition and Taxation processes.
    • Familiarity with third-party taxation tools.
    • Intercompany processes and EDI-IDocs.
    • Bank communication and electronic statements.
    • Integration with SD, MM, and PS modules.
    • Local GAAP Reporting and foreign currency valuation.
    • Period-end closing processes and credit management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of experience in SAP FICO, including comprehensive project implementations.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA FICO.
  • Experience managing teams and projects effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in technology environments and asset accounting management.
  • Familiarity with sophisticated IT landscapes.
  • Ability to debug ABAP code and knowledge of SDLC methodologies.
  • SAP Certification in FICO is advantageous.
