Work Schedule:
- 8 Hr Morning - Afternoon

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for Center patients.
- Process and apply a broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures for the competent delivery of nursing care.
- Successful completion of nursing skills checklist.
- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs and provide appropriate care and intervention.
- Perform initial assessments, develop plans of care, and communicate through written documentation and verbal reports.
- Document nursing interventions and implement physicians' orders in a timely manner.
- Correctly administer and document medication regimens.
- Identify and implement infection control and safety practices.
- Organize patient care, prioritize tasks, and implement physicians' orders within appropriate time frames.
- Serve as a clinical resource for MOAs and other non-licensed staff.
- Comply with network drills, CPR requirements, and other network or health system requirements.
- Serve as a preceptor to nursing students or new nursing staff members.
- Conduct clinically related in-services for center staff.
