About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about fitness and has excellent communication skills. As a Fitness Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our members and clients, providing a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

Your key responsibilities will include greeting all visitors with enthusiasm and energy, presenting the OTF concept to interested consumers, working at our front desk, giving studio tours, and assisting trainers with guiding new members through their first workout.

You will also be responsible for selling memberships, following up on prospective clients, handling member concerns, and participating in marketing and outreach events. In addition, you will ensure that all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong passion for fitness and customer service. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with interacting with people of all ages and backgrounds.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, which includes commission and performance-based incentives. Our benefits package includes free studio membership, product discounts, and a flexible schedule that allows you to pursue your personal goals.
