**Job Title:** Physiotherapy Director

**Company Overview:** Modoc Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team as a Physiotherapy Director. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven professional to lead our physical therapy services and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

**Salary:** $95,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

**Job Description:** The Physiotherapy Director will be responsible for directing physical therapy services at Modoc Medical Center. This includes coordinating and supervising the operation of the department, administering physical agents prescribed by physicians, and maintaining performance improvement activities within the department. The successful candidate will also participate in continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities and ensure competency of all personnel.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Three (3) or more years of previous experience in physical therapy preferred.
• Current California licensure or certification as a physical therapist.
• Knowledge of physical therapy modalities, anatomy and physiology, disease processes, and related causative factors.
• Ability to work with others, at all levels within the organization, and collaborate effectively.
