Job Title: Travel Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Travel Physical Therapist to join our team at Infojini Healthcare.

Job Summary:

This is a travel physical therapist position that requires the candidate to work in a skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a SNF setting and be comfortable with the requirements of the job.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct physical therapy evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility
  • Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary clearances
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Please note that this is a travel position, and the candidate will be required to relocate to the assigned facility. We require a Covid test 72 hours prior to start date with results issued 48 hours prior to start date. Additionally, the candidate will be required to complete a credentialing checklist prior to starting the position.
