Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Co-Pediatric outpatient Medical Director to ensure the discharge of clinical responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to further the division's research and educational mission
- Foster a culture of career development and growth for faculty and staff members
- Lead the expansion of the division at Health Medical Center and throughout the Health system of care
- Report directly to the Chair of Pediatrics
- Employment by Medicorp, Inc, a leading healthcare organization
- Hospital privileges at Health Medical Center, a 974-bed level 1 trauma center
- A diverse and dynamic division with a team of providers who value collaborative and complementary approaches to patient care, education, and research
- An established division with 12 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers
- Primary clinical responsibilities include outpatient primary care
- Opportunity to teach and provide supervision of pediatric residents and medical students
- Ability to participate in clinical research
- State-of-the-art Children's Hospital offering 20 pediatric sub-specialties and Level IV NICU
- A growing 9-hospital healthcare system
- Must have six years of experience as a practicing pediatrician
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States
