About the Role
  • Lead a team of developers to deliver solutions to enhancement requests and projects that optimize the customer's online experience.
  • Manage the product development lifecycle, coordinating activities, monitoring quality standards, and ensuring accurate estimation and timely completion of projects.
  • Facilitate Agile development process, empower the team to deliver high-quality software solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of developers, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Partner closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable development plans.
  • Lead the development and implementation of eCommerce solutions, ensuring they align with business goals and technical standards.
  • Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to project delivery.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience leading projects within a technical ecommerce environment.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience leading projects in an Agile development environment.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience managing development teams.
  • Knowledge of retail eCommerce technologies.
  • Experience working with multi-shore teams.
  • Agile / Scrum certification and/or experience is required.
  • Project Management PMP certification and/or experience is required.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
