Key Responsibilities

  • Transportation: Drive CDL trucks to transport materials and equipment to specific route destinations.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients and ensure their needs are met.
  • Maintenance: Check the mechanical aspects of the vehicle and report any maintenance or repair issues to the maintenance team.
  • Load Security: Secure loads after each delivery using loading bars in trailers.

Requirements

  • Qualifications: Must be a minimum of 21 years of age, have a minimum of 12 months CDL A tractor-trailer experience, and hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License with air brakes endorsement.
  • Physical Demands: Be in excellent physical condition and able to stand, sit, kneel, bend, lift, push, pull for extended periods and have normal use of senses.
  • Work Environment: Able to work in all types of environments and under difficult conditions; hot, cold, dust, indoors, outdoors.
  • Eligibility: Legally eligible to work in the U.S. and able to pass pre-hire drug screen and physical.

Benefits

  • Compensation: Average Annual Salary $98,000 per year, which includes average weekly pay $1,900 per week, activity-based pay (mileage, stops, layover, detention, etc.), and average 2,000-3,000 miles per week.
  • Benefits Package: Eligibility begins after 60 days, benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life), PTO (Personal, Holiday and Vacation Days), and other voluntary plans available.
  • 401K: 401K with company match.
