Landscaping Professional Wanted

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual to join our team at Palms Property Management Inc. as a Landscape Maintenance Worker. This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay and opportunities for growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various landscaping tasks, including pruning, mowing, edging, trimming, and groundskeeping. They will also be required to read and change out water meters, clean common areas, and inspect tools and equipment. Additionally, they must be proficient in power tools and able to follow work orders.

• Perform Landscaping Tasks: The landscape maintenance worker will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of our properties, which includes pruning, mowing, edging, trimming, and other related tasks.
• Read and Change Out Water Meters: The successful candidate will be responsible for reading and changing out water meters as needed.
• Clean Common Areas: They will be required to clean common areas, such as walkways, driveways, and parking lots.
• Inspect Tools and Equipment: The landscape maintenance worker will be responsible for visually inspecting tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Follow Work Orders: They must be able to follow work orders and complete tasks efficiently and effectively.

• Physical Demands: The landscape maintenance worker must be able to lift heavy objects (over 50lbs) safely.
• Availability: They may be required to work overtime and on call as needed.
• Skills and Qualifications: The successful candidate must be proficient in power tools and have excellent communication skills.
