As a Senior Retail Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and maintaining positive customer relations, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all intake forms and other paperwork are properly completed and filed correctly, then enter all appropriate information in the system for future reference.
  • Confirm patient purchase limits prior to admission into the consultation area and inform the appropriate pharmacist of such limits.
  • Provide exceptional customer care by promoting and maintaining positive customer relations.
  • Respond to calls or emails from customers requesting product, training, and general information.
  • Manage patient records through the use of Biotrack.
  • Maintain and update databases as needed.
  • Fulfill customer orders.
  • Responsible for the sales and promotion of all Columbia Care products.
  • Build and maintain a high level of integrity and trust for specific products.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Associates or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 4 years of direct customer service experience required.
  • Retail experience preferred.
  • Experience as a key holder/lead preferred.
  • Experience with Point-of-Sales systems.
  • Understanding of and experience with Windows Operating System, Microsoft Outlook.
