We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Interventionist to join our team at Light Way LLC. As a Clinical Interventionist, you will work closely with our clients to develop and implement tailored behavioral intervention plans that promote growth and independence.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized behavioral intervention plans in collaboration with the supervising BCBA.
  • Provide direct support to clients, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
  • Monitor and accurately document client progress, behaviors, and any incidents in clinical records.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, social work).
  • Experience working with children or individuals with special needs.
  • Knowledge of behavioral therapy principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
