We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Inteva Products. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for auditing and improving our manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Conduct audits of manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement
* Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
* Maintain accurate records of audits and process improvements

**Requirements**

* High level of analytical ability with emphasis on problem solving and root cause analysis
* Excellent organization and planning skills
* High level of interpersonal skills
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Knowledge of basic manufacturing and assembly processes
* Knowledge of basic Quality tools: PPAP, Control Plans, PFMEA's, PFD's, Gage R&R's, Run @ Rate, Operator instructions, and IMDS

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Prior proven Quality experience, Automotive desired
* 5+ years industrial/manufacturing experience
* Knowledge of statistical process control procedures
* Knowledge of AIAG, IATF, APQP
* Formal problem-solving experience: Shainin, Six Sigma, etc.
