Responsibilities- Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and kitchen items, adhering to strict health and safety standards.
- Store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in a clean and organized manner.
- Clean and sanitize the kitchen area, including equipment, floors, walls, and cooking surfaces.
- Remove trash from the dish room and transport it to the designated area.
- Ability to understand and follow health and safety protocols.
- Capacity to work cooperatively with others in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- No prior experience required, but a strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness are essential.
- Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Occasional bending, pushing, and pulling may be required to move equipment and supplies.
Our team works a variety of shifts, including day and evening shifts, Monday through Friday, weekends, and holidays.
