Job Summary:
Soliant is seeking a skilled School Psychologist to join our team in a full-time capacity. As a School Psychologist, you will be responsible for assessing referred students and making recommendations for appropriate school programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment and Intervention: Conduct comprehensive assessments of students to identify areas of strength and weakness, and develop individualized plans to support student success.
- Collaboration with Teachers and Staff: Participate in Multi-Disciplinary Team and Child Study Team meetings to assist teachers and staff in developing plans to meet the needs of students.
- Individualized Education Programs (IEPs): Attend IEP meetings to support the development of individualized education plans for students with special needs.
- Group and Individual Therapy: Provide group and individual therapy sessions to support students' social, emotional, and academic development.
Requirements:
- Education: Master's degree in School Psychology or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in schools or pediatric offices preferred.
- Licensure: Minnesota Psychology License or equivalent.
Work Environment:
This is a full-time, contract position with a standard work schedule of 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 37 hours per week.
