  • Inspect electrical equipment, wiring, fixtures, and other components to ensure they remain functional and are up to code;
  • Determine the reasons for any malfunctions of systems or components and create a maintenance or repair plan to solve the problem;
  • Repair electrical systems, wiring, circuit breakers, equipment, and other components so that they remain at full functioning capacity;

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery, including welding, electrical, and vehicle repair;
  • Work with remote-controlled overhead cranes, welding, diesel engines, and over-the-road flatbed trailers with DOT requirements;
  • Coordinate with multiple areas of the warehouse and coworkers to complete tasks;

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or Technical School Degree with appropriate mechanical and electrical skills;
  • 1-2 years general maintenance & repair experience or any equivalent combination of experience and/or education;
  • Extensive knowledge of and experience with equipment and automotive repair, including 230/460V/3/60 electrical systems and electric motors;
