Primary Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Primary Therapist to join our multidisciplinary treatment team at Monte Nido Rosewood. As a Primary Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing individual, group, and family therapy to our clients struggling with eating disorders and co-occurring addictions and disorders.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions
  • Serve as a liaison with families and outpatient providers
  • Interact with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management
  • Participate in discharge and aftercare planning
  • Provide therapeutic meal support and model a healthy relationship with food
  • Deliver safe, empathetic, and affirming care to each client based on their unique circumstances
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in clinical counseling or a related field
  • State license (or license-eligible) in a counseling field
  • Prior experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is preferred
  • Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices
