Concourse Ambassador Position

We are looking for a Concourse Ambassador to enhance the guest experience at ASM Global's venues. As a Concourse Ambassador, you will be responsible for greeting guests, answering questions, and providing directions to assist them in navigating the concourse.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of venue maps, including seating charts and concession locations.
  • Provide clear and concise directions to guests to help them find their seats or navigate the facility.
  • Anticipate and address guest needs, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and safe environment.
